  • The 3 most important things you need are an idea, a will to engage, and an ability to follow directions. The ability to follow directions is extremely important to a successful funding strategy. If you are finding it difficult to follow directions in LLCOOLJ, just know that grantors (the government) have much more complicated directions. Government contracting may not be for you if you are not someone that wants to follow directions. The government has a LOT of directions. More than you've ever seen in your life.

    Again, if you can't submit to a process for whatever reason and find it difficult to be guided and prefer to be in control, this cohort and government funding may not be for you. The government is in charge of the procurement process. It is their process to which you literally submit. This is a literal thing that need to be taken as such in order to be successful. Schedule a 1on1 if you have questions.
