Village Virtual Mentorship Program

Who We Are:

The Village Virtual Mentorship program is an initiative developed by the Mentorship Committee of Let’s Learn Collectively On Our Life’s Journey in 2023. The program received start-up funding from Hennepin County through Youth Gun Violence Prevention Fund in 2023 and continues with their support along with that of strategic collaborations with Metro Cable Network channel 6, Sheridan Neighborhood Organization, and mission-shared community stakeholders. Village Virtual Mentorship provides cultural-competent mentorship and tangible, relevant resources to program participants. Based on the needs of individual youth, VVM provides competent, resourceful adult mentorship.

What You Get:

Respect. Resources. Readiness. Village Virtual Mentorship serves the purpose of providing competent mentorship to youth with a mission to maximize their potential to succeed. Our vision for Village Virtual Mentorship is for youth in Hennepin County to have equitable opportunities to thrive now and in the future.
